i want to know that what are transcripts. is it the original mark sheet or something else. do we have to attest the documents and send it to the college/university.

Yup these are result cards and if you are not sending originals then you have to attest them .....

Hi,

Transcripts are your scores in examinations given by you - secondary/sr.secondary/graduation.

Generally, universities asks for graduation transcripts. For this you need to contact your university and apply for copy(ies) depending on your requirement.

Your university will given it to you in a sealed envelope which will include your transcript.

Transcript means photocopy of your degree d.m.c but attested by your university. Because only that person can attest it who have issued it,, and those person are registrar of universities
