Transcripts & WES from Punjabi University

I am going to apply transcripts from the university’s online portal and as it seems to me, they will send the Docs directly to the WES office. But also, do I need to create account on WES official website?

Yes , you need to create a WES account on your own to get the reference number.. This number will be required while applying transcripts. WES account fees will also be needed to pay.. Check youtube video of potato talkies they have everything in detail

Once you start your application and pay the fees, there will be an official letter uploaded to your WES acccount which you can send or give to your uni to send them the transcript. WES won't approach them until and unless there is some doubt. You had to tell the Uni to send them to WES in a sealed envelope. Most Unis know this process. Hope this helps.

is it university who send transcript to me or its WES. because in WES portal i put my abroad address but in uni portal its my hometown address. so lil bit confuse about that

It needs to be in a sealed envelope by the Uni. Usually Uni send it to WES directly. But you can also send it if Uni sends it to you but keep in mind it should be sealed and stamped by them.

You can send the sealed envelope directly to WES. The details to send them is on WES website. Scroll down in your account the whole process is explained in detail.
