Transcripts through agency

Hello all, currently it would be difficult for me to commute to college and get my transcripts, because of time and distance issue. Is it possible if i hire an agency who could arrange transcripts for me. Would it be authentic and allowed? Thanks
 
I had got one of my transcripts through an agency since I was out of country and they required me to make multiple visits to the university. Hence I was there for the initial meeting and then got remaining done through agent who helped complete it.

not yet, I am planning to get my transcripts next month, but my college is very inefficient and i cant afford to take so many leaves, so i was thinking of using an agency to help me out. Any idea on that?

Why don't you ask them if they are aware of any other similar agents who may help for your institution.
