Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university

Hi,

AS per the the New Delhi Visa Office Checklist, it states that we have to submit the original Transcripts ( Marksheets of all the courses done till now) in University Sealed Envelops.

Do we actually have to provide the original Transcripts and what if one doesn;t have a university sealed Envelops.

Please update.

Apply for the transcript from the university were you studied and asked them to provide it in a university sealed envelope.All universities provide transcript on payment of fee.

Ok

Just for clarification, would it include 10th + 12th Marksheet + Graduation Marksheet + Post Graduation Marksheet.

Hope by transcripts we mean only marksheet and not degree's

Kindly update this as well.

You can send original transcripts and notarized copy of your degree/s

I send my degree and postgraduation transcript in university sealed envelope and notorised photocopy of matric & 10+2 marksheet.All degree certicifates are notorised photocopies.

BS 6353, Did they asked you to send original Degree as its risky to send Original Degree. I have sent a packet to New Delhi CHC by mistake and I am not able to trace it till yet..its been 25 days now..

Could anybody let me know, please what has to be sent ? For Education?

- Original Transcripts - What does it mean [Does it mean mark sheets of education/study]

- Notarized copy of Degree or Original Degree's has to be sent

I would really appreciate if some body could let me know these.

There is a difference between a trascript and marksheet.
Transcript is a document issued by the university where they write about the course you did from the university (duration of the course) in how many attempt you passed the course and subject wise marks obtained in examination.This document they put inside a university envelope and then controllerof examination or registrar of the university put his signature on it afet sealing it.I got my transcripts in this way.The degree certificates i photocopied and then get it attested by the magistrate.

-10th Mark Sheet (Or Transcripts please update)
-12th Mark Sheet (Or Transcripts please update)
-Graduation Transcripts
-Post Grad Transcripts
- Degree Photocopy notarized for Grad n Post Grad

Is there any body who has done his/her studies from New Delhi and has got the transcripts from University and School since I Know Delhi University and they just give run around. Any body who has please share your experience.

You can notorised photocopiesof all the documents ( Marksheets + degrees) and send it to CHC Delhi without any worry. Normally they accept it, and if they fee; they may ask u to send original transcripts, only then U do it

There is one more problem for getting transcript, Please help me to find out if I can get it from university without presenting physically. Currently I am in Bangalore and my university is in Nagpur.

One more issue is incase we send all mark sheet and degree copies without a university transcript, isn't it ok or it is must to send it along.

Thanks. But in the recent checklist which is issued for New Delhi CHC, it says I have to give original transcripts of all the degree's. So what should I do.

What stage are you in and how did you apply. Did you sent only photocopies ? & did you received the new AOR for that?

I send original transcripts of degree and postgraduate diploma(which i got in university sealed envelop).
Matric and plus two notorised photocopies of marksheet.
Notorise photocopies of degrees (graduation and postgraduation).
I have not sent any original marksheet or degree certificate and also its not been asked.
