Transcripts from PUNE Univeristy and MSBTE

Hello,

Can some body help me to guide how can I get my transcripts:
1) From Pune University
2) From Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE), Mumbai.

I searched the website of both, but it did not work. How much time they take? Do I need to go there personally?

Hi,

1. For Diploma: download form from msbte site, fill and submit MSBTE office 4th floor in Kherwadi,Mumbai (if your diploma college is in Mumbai region for other region check website). You can also ask them to post them at your address. All payment in cash.
2. For Pune University: create login on BCUD (Pune university site) for transcripts, fill the application request for transcripts, submit the request and two form/receipt will be generated, make a DD of calculated amount according to the price mentioned for each copy of transcripts from Bank of Maharashtra and submit one copy of the form generated for bank and next submit the remaining form with necessary docs mentioned and DD to student facility center at the university.You can also ask them to post them at your address.

Also for diploma please apply for Authentication also only transcript is rejected by WES as it only mentions Diploma awarded and class obtained and in authentication all year marks are mentioned. Take both and send both.


What ever option you choose you have to visit the respective offices in both cases. For Pune university, yes profile creation is hell of a task, I was not able to create it but don't know why and how I succeeded when I tried from my friends micomax phone(may be something with internet trust certificates). Still it's a one day job ,try to reach at 10 am.


I had been there personally for both but if you have all the docs to be submitted perfect with your application form duly signed then you can ask your well wisher to submit on behalf of you also make sure send him/her with a application letter to grant your well wisher to do the proceedings on behalf of you mentioning his/her and your PAN number with duplicate copies of PAN card attached for both.Ask him/her to carry original PAN card.

I made it from both.

Hi,

Thanks for the info @Oye_Canada. I was able to visit MSBTE at Bandra Mumbai. There are a few things which I would like to mention.

1. Download the transcript form from MSBTE website here msbte.com/msbte/transcript
2. I couldn't find the Authentication Form online but its available at the MSBTE office. If anyone needs it let me know I have a spare which I can scan and send.

Both forms are available at the 4th floor Single Window Service counter but saves time if you have the filled up form beforehand plus getting again in the queue is also a hassle.

3. For Transcript just take 1 set of photocopies irrespective of number of transcript certificates required.
4. For Authentication Copy take x+1 number of photocopies, where x is the number of Authentication Copies required.
5. No need to get the photocopies stamped or signed anywhere, just take plain photocopies and the originals. These are verified by a person inside office and he signs the forms that the originals are verified.
6. The whole exercise may take from 1 week to 2 weeks depending on the rush/ work load there.

Can Anyone tell me what all documents do we Need to send to ECA WEC for Diploma Students.

After I get transcripts from Kherwadi Polytechnic. Which All documents do I need to send in a sealed envelope?

Can you please email me the scanned copy of the Authorization form: nikhil1mahajan@gmail.com

I would highly appreciate if you could send it. since, for me it wont be possible to travel to Mumbai for Authorization form. I was able to download the Transcript form and MSBTE does provide courier service for both Authorization and transcript for people like me who are not from Mumbai.
