Transcripts from Osmania University for WES

Hello all,
Can you please advice the steps with all the required documents needed to get the transcripts from Osmania University for ECA from WES. I will not be going in person as I do not reside in India and will be asking a relative to do the same.

Actually, I had applied through a service provider firm Mail Transcripts. I didn't know about the documents needed. They told me to provide consolidated marksheet and degree and id proof. They handled everything on my behalf. I liked their service. You can contact them.

Hello All,
I am trying to obtain an ECA from WES for Canada immigration. I have already created my account on WES and have the reference number. I have a consolidated memo of BCA 2004 from Osmania University and I do not have semister wise or yearly marksheets. While I am applying for transcripts to be sent to WES from the university, i have two questions;
1. Is the consolidated Memo sufficient for WES?
2. As I do not have yearly / semister Memo do i need to apply for them first and then fill in the request for transcripts?
