Hi Guys,
I would like to share my experience regarding collecting the transcripts from BTER, Jodhpur. Although, it was not a pleasant experience but still I feel it to post so that any new/existing candidate can be benefited.
Make sure that the Registrar is available when you are going to in BTER office. The simple way is to give a call to Registrar office and ask if he will be available on your visiting day. I failed to do so because I didn't have the office contact number but lately I found it from one of the official there: +91-291-2430440. I had to visit again for the transcripts.
Reach BTER office around 10:30 AM on working days, no point to go before that. Take with you all the originals and 2 sets of copies of all Marksheets and Provisional/Final Degree certificate and an A4 size envelope with you. Go straight to Registrar office and request him for the transcripts and ask him to provide it in same day (Other officers will tell you about 10-15 days). He knows very well the process of Canadian Immigration and why we need the transcripts. He will direct someone to help you with the same. The officer who does verify your copies with their records is rude and will not listen to you but be resilient and request him. You will be asked to write an application for Transcripts and have to pay a nominal fee of Rs 50 /- at Cash Counter. The officer will verify your copies and put a stamp of Registrar and Registrar will sign the same. Provide him the envelope and he will put all the verified docs and seal it and get sign and stamp of Registrar on the envelope.
Thanks
