Transcripts for WES

Hi,
I have done B.Com from Mumbai University through N.M. College.
I want to know if transcripts obtained from my college are required to be attested by the University?

In that case should I submit a xerox of the transcript for attestation to Mumbai University of directly the original transcript received from the college?
Also, are attested marksheets of all the 3 years required to be sent to WES along with the transcripts?
