Transcripts for Spouse

Hi

I am applying under the skilled worker category and have the follwoing questions

1) I am claiming 5 points for the Spouse- Master degree. Do i need to send only her masters transcripts or bachelor degree transcripts also?

2) Under the new system. i need to send the docs to Nova Scotia -Canada and not to the local CHC office ...right?

3) I am in US currently. What is i move to India after a few months of submitting my docs to CHC? Does my file get transferred to the CHC,delhi?

Dear AV

1-transcripts for both graduation and PG should be submitted for your spouse.

2- if u sure u r moving to india permanently within 2 or 3 months then choose visa office ND so it will be conveninet for you to attend interview if required, and passport to be sent only to ND or which ever office u select better decide urself then take step.

3- getting file transferrd will be hectic and it will delay ur case so better decide once and go ahead
