Transcripts and Degree from Delhi University

Hi,

Could someone please advise how to collect the transcripts and degree from Delhi University if I live abroad?

I have the form downloaded and I can send the other docs by post but does someone has to go in person to get the process done? Because ideally, the university has to send the sealed and signed envelope to WES

If someone has done this recently, please let me know your recommendation.

Options :

1) Relative / Friends

Give them the authority letter including details of their ID (aadhaar / licence / voter id).

2) Professional Service

I don't know how they work but there are quite a few who provide this service. Google them.
