Transcript Verification/WES status on hold

Hi Friends,
I have sent transcripts of my graduation(BCA) and post graduation(MCA) to WES on 25th Sept 2018.
My current status is showing as on hold. I contacted my university and asked them to reply the mail sent on 5th November by WES. As per university, they have sent the reply to the WES on 12th Dec 2018 but still my status shows as on hold.
I am not sure how much time it takes for changing the status. Not sure if the mail sent by university got bounced.
Please help me to know how much time normally should it take.

Once university verifies, the status will change. WES usually sends periodic updates to University until they respond. So, you can check with your university about it.
