I don't have any contact details of the university, but I can provide you the details of a service provider called MailTranscripts who helped me in getting the transcripts from Periyar university. I was actually not in Salem hence was not able to go the university, so I approached them, they asked me to make an application on their website and upload just the scan copies of the marksheets and degree certificate. I did that and within 20 days, my transcript was sent to WES directly from the university. I had a wonderful experience and their customer service was GREAT.
