Hi Tatiana
Yes, I received it. It only took a couple of weeks to arrive!
In the end, I called them up and they asked to put put some details in writing, this is a copy of my letter:
RE: TRAFFIC HISTORY PRINTOUT/DRIVING HISTORY REPORT FOR OVERSEAS VISA
Hope you can help. I am a UK citizen and currently live in the UK. I am applying for an overseas visa and the form states I need to produce a driving history report for time spent in Melbourne on a working holiday. The only problem is I do not have an Australian driver's license and therefore cannot use the online service.
I have just spoken to a consultant in the Licensing Dept. at VicRoads and they advised me that they couldn't provide me with a report because I don't hold an Australian license and told me to mail in my details to you instead to obtain written confirmation that a report cannot be produced (due to the fact that I never held an Australian driver's license).
They asked me to provide the following details:
Timeframe living in Australia: XXXX
Full Name: XXXX
Date of birth: XXXX
Current residential/postal address: XXXX
Home phone number: XXXX
Email address: XXXX
Please contact on the above phone number or email address, should you require further information.
Thanks and regards

Please note, they couldn't provide me with a Driving History report because I don't have an aussie licence, but they sent me a confirmation letter explaining the report cannot be provided because I don't have a licence. They also confirmed that they did a check and I def don't have a licence. Not sure what the procedure is for Queensland but I can't imagine it would be much different. Def worth calling them!
Good luck
