Traffic History or a Full Licence History Search For Australia VIC

Hi,

I have applied for Australia PCC. Can someone please suggest how to get "Traffic History or a Full Licence History Search For Australia VIC", I did not have any license in Australia, hence I need a letter issued by the Victoria roads authority, stating that they have never held a driver’s license in that state. How to get that letter.

I am guessing that for what I personally think is a pretty strange requirement just for these two states in Australia you have to apply for the full drivers record whether you ever held a licence or not. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/australia.asp

Given is only Queensland and Victoria and assume they are providing DUI or other more serious motoring conviction does make you wonder about the other states why these 2 are special unless it is just a case of system capability not being at a federal level.

you have to sent a declaration requesting the traffic history if you never had a licenced.
if you had a licence ,than you have to contact the transport department and they will issue you the certificate.

I was having license when i was in Melbourne but i lost that and i dont have scan copy as well . How can i get traffic history report then . It is asking for license number and name .
