Trade Qualifications!!

Hi,
I have read on CIC under ECA approved organisations that they don't assess the trade qualifications.
I have diploma of Hospitality Management(1Year from Australia)also diploma of Commercial Cookery Cert IV(Hospitality 1 year from Australia) are these qualifications are under trade qualifications? If yes from where i can get them assessed if ECA approved organisations can't assess them.
