Trade Certificate for EE

Hello all,

I am planning to apply for EE with a trade certificate in Fire Alarm Certification CFAA. It should give me 50 points but my confusion is that there is no list provided by government stating which licenses are considered as trade certificates or what are the requirements to qualify as a Trade Certificate.

This won't give you 50 points. This doesn't qualify as a trade certification recognized by a provincial body.

2 of my friends applied with the same certificate. One of them got 50 points but the other did not. The only difference in their application was that the person who got 50 points had related experience and the other one had a different experience. I am trying to figure out what factor affected the decision on both profiles.

Because I only have a certain time left on my work permit and if they don't accept a certificate after a year of experience I won't have any other options left.
