Tracking the passport through Gerry's website

Does any body know's how to check the status of the passport though Gerry's VISADROPBOX. com site. I have applied on the 17th of april and when ever i put my computer number in the site to track my passport , it say YOU HAVE ENTERED AN INVALID NUMBER .

Madi u have to enter computer no (CN) written over the slip given by gerrys
on the top.

did u recieved the 2 messages at start when u submitted your application at gerrys ??
one msg that ur passport as been accepted at gerrys
and other one ur application is been processed at canadian embassy

Yeah ibrahim i did got both messages and i tried to contact Gerry but couldnt get to them
