Tracking shows receivd n signd by A MAPLE at WES, but WES mailed me not received

Hello. The tracking reference number that my WES documents have been delivered to G.Maple. But WES says they have not received my documents .

Hey guys, I'm facing similar issue. My wes documents shows delivered in hamilton and signed by H Zain but my WES application status is on hold. not sure whats happening and how to continue, any advice? Thank you.

Hi, i am facing the same issue as you. The courrier website inform that the document was received by H Zain, but when I checked in WES application, it says "We have not received the package yet".

Do you have update in regard to your timeline status? Is there any progress?
