Tracking PR card

So my wife landed a few days ago. Checked e-cas and it still shows 'Decision Made'. Do I track the progress of my wife's PR card via e-cas, or is there another way? Also, when will e-cas show 'Complete'?

There is no way to track the progress of the PR card. You'll just have to wait until it arrives in the mail.

I don't know exactly when our ecas went to Complete but it was about a month or so. We knew the PR card had been shipped when my husband's mailing addressed changed to Canada. (Physical address was Canada already)
