Guys,

good morning. Does anyone know what is the next step after ECAS shows the sentence "Medical results have been received"?
Do i have to expect "In process" or "we started processing your application on ..." like sentences?

How long will it take to get to the above-mentioned next steps and, furthermore, to Passport request?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Regards,

philfresh

You will see "In process" and "we started processing your application on ..." when they start processing your application. It might take from 1 to 6 months. After this status, PPR might come within 1 to 3 moths. They send PP back within 2 to 8 weeks.

Ok, thank you, Nuwa

Great news, congratulations! Just follow the instructions on your email, which probably asks you to email them the RPRF receipt and a scan of your passport and you're good to go! :)

Thank you Bradders.

Email requires me to send the passport and no mention of scan of the passport. Since I am from a visa free country my guess is a scan should suffice. Have already mailed CPPO asking for clarifications.

How’s going?
I really hope your document will be accepted, but if you ever heard a negative response from CIC, do not give up.
You can make a formal appeal by writing to get a chance your case reopened.
Sorry but this is all I found. You could get more valuable comments if you create a new topic.

Hi Guys,

I received my PP back today. They issued visa on Mar 14, but dispatched the PP on April 2nd. I don't know why did they keep my PP for additional two weeks after issuing visa.

Going to land tomorrow :)

Hope all of you will get PPR and PPs back very soon...
