Hi guys,

On March 22nd 2013 I got email for PPR request and my status changed to decision made.
After getting the visa stamped in passport , do I need to cross border to apply for PR card?
I am currently residing in canada for the past two years. Please clarify my doubt.

You can do landing procedure either at the border or in local CIC office.

Thanks sarayu and babakura. Yup. I got RPRF request from CPP-O.
Early approval is happening to non-single applicants!

Hi Guys,

You may sign up for future ECAS updates at the below link, so that you don't have to keep checking your ECAS everyday. I found it's really helpful.

Hey man. I'm pretty sure you can do this and you can even pay the RPRF along with your whole application package together at the very beginning.

But I don't see any credit to pay it this early. When you get the PPR email, you will be asked to pay this fee online and to send back the ELECTRONIC receipt through email. It wouldn't be any delay by this, considering it gonna take few days for them to receive your passport and they definitely will finish your payment verification by then.

Guys,

good morning. Does anyone know what is the next step after ECAS shows the sentence "Medical results have been received"?
Do i have to expect "In process" or "we started processing your application on ..." like sentences?

How long will it take to get to the above-mentioned next steps and, furthermore, to Passport request?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Regards,

philfresh

@celebi Congrats! :D

@KiwiBO If we can collect some data on how many days it took from RFV (on GCMS notes) to PPR with or without RPRF payment, then we would get an interesting result.
