When did you apply ? Are you an Ottawa QSW or a PNP applicant ?

In my PPR letter last paragraph it is saying like this
"Final Note
The issuance of your visa(s) cannot be delayed so it is important for you to submit your passport(s) as soon as possible." - want to know whether it is standard message for everybody who gets PPR

Yup, i got that as well, so i Xpressposted National it to them the next day. I also included a letter size Return Xpresspost National (folded in half), so i can track it. i read in another forum that if you used a smaller size, they would not use it and return your passport in regular mail...
