Dubrider,

thank you. I need my PCCs from Italy, the USA and Canada.

I've never had to apply for a PC from Italy or the States, I do know that it's an FBI check you need from the states.

With regards to your Canadian police check, they will ask for it at a later date. After having spoken with some others who are doing a PR application, and from my own experience you only need to submit your RCMP Criminal Record check when they request it

Correct, i got an FBI background check. Immigration Canada requests your PCCs to be as old as three months, at the most, when you submit your application. That's what i did.

Interesting. I sent in my application without my PCC because I was running behind in getting my application in before my PNP Nomination expired. After my AOR the CIO requested PCC's from the UK & From Australia but not Canada. I was puzzled and a little annoyed because I'd already done one.

I think the reason they do this though is because your Canadian PCC needs to be less than three months old when you apply, and we all know that nobody gets PPR within three months of applying.

Hi JCS,

Congratulations that your file is in process now. Hope you are very near to get your PPR. By the way, it looks like Phil has already updated your time lines on the track sheet. Good luck buddy.

Phil, can you add the CPP-Ottawa track sheet in your signature area? So that it will be easy for you and everybody to have a look at it when required.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hi Guys,

I just received an email from CIO advising that my application has been forwarded to CPP for futher review and requesting RPRF payment.

Does any of you guys is in a similar situation? I'm not really sure what this means in terms of timing and how much longer do I have to wait for PR...

Any thoughts?

Hi Lucky, when did you get your RPRF? When did your ECAS change to "In Process"?
