Well i totally agree with you tweety05.......you can see this is the only PNP tracking thread that has been updated and maintained each and everyday all the way up until now.....thanks to @ sarayu. This is not easy i must tell you. Updating each and every thread and replying to every query needs so much attention and dedication. Hats off to you buddy. I have a question..If someone want to re apply the application...then how can past orange sticker on application.Beacuse there is only one sticker provided .

i think there is no need of the sticker because with my nomination letter there is no any sticker.
i just write on envelope " provinical nominee".

Please advise, From when will E-Cas will show Status Updates.

Hi Sarayu,

First of all thank you for your help, I would like to share that I have already sent an e-mail to CIO but i did not mentioned my date of birth as it was not in my knowledge, so should i resend an email or wait for the reply and if not received then resend another. secondly i was trying to sent it through my gmail (which i have mentioned in my application) account and it was not working. so then i used my hotmail account and mentioned that gmail is not supporting. well it matter.
2- normally what i have seen we receive parcels and letters from Canada and US in one months time through normal post. previously i received CIC letter informing about this pilot in 22 days time. so when they might have sent the doxs this is real issue. what do u think.

Hi Khan78,

First of all I am sorry but I missed your post to reply.

So, this is the lesson for everyone here that if we are writing any official email, we HAVE TO provide our details as much as we can (Ex: First Name, Last Name,

Date of Birth, and if you have UCI Number, Application Number, Date of AOR/MR etc...) so that our Visa office or CIO can easily pull our file out.

Ok, coming to the point, better you send one more email with more details as soon as you can. And I suggest everyone, please create an email ID only for official purpose and never use it for any shopping or chatting with friends and all. That helps you protecting from any spam emails etc.

So, please mention clearly in your email that your gmail account is no more active and to update your hotmail ID on the system. Unfortunately, if your application was returned, you should get it max by end of this month. If that's the case I suggest you to re-apply again with paying Credit Card.

I am sure, you can re-apply without any issue as your nomination is valid till mid March. But the only concern is time....it's gonna delay for a couple of months. But, be patient Khan, everything will be alright. This is life and we need to accept whatever comes and lessons to be learned. I am telling you with my personal experiences. All the best.

I Just have received my AOR, today dated 17th Jan 2013. My Bank Draft was in-cash on Dec 19th 2012. Thanks for everybody.

As your CC got charged on Dec 6th, I am very much positive that your AOR should have already arrived with your HR. Hopefully MR as well....I am confident about it. If your HR people are like that, just try to explain them in a better way. You tell them that I should send my Medical Exam reports to Visa Office within the 30 days dead lines which is true. I hope you know this fact about 30 days time limit. So, I suggest you to talk to your HR and get it done.

I am sure you are playing an important role in Dec group...keep it up and all the best for your AOR, MR and all your Canada PR process. Let's share our experiences and issues from this point forward and try to get them solved..

Usually we can logon to ECAS in 3-5 days after receiving AOR. Hope you should be able to logon any time now....but no worries if it takes a couple days more. I was able to logon the 3rd day after AOR.

As far as I know AOR and MR will be sent through email only.

I saw one more post from you regarding your India visit. If it's just a casual visit, I don't want you to take any chance. If you are going for wedding or any other very important occasions, then why don't you come back in 3 weeks? I know, 3 weeks is not at all sufficient for us to visit India. I am also outside India past 9 years, and can understand. If I were you, I will talk to my manager and HR guys to see if there is any alternate like working from home in India or so.

We got married since 2007 and my wife did not change her passport details as of now. I think, that should be fine as long as yours/your spouse's name and other details match with your passport and educational documents.
