@ swami123:
Thanks for your wishes...And hearty Congratulations to you too. I have updated your Draft en-cashment date and AOR dates on the tracking sheet. Good luck for your rest of journey.
@ appleguy, AnL, babakura, kavy.sandhu, atinsingh, gurdev1, DCCMJ, Khan78:
Thank you so much for your best wishes...all the best to your further processing too.
@ babakura: Are you sure that your AOR doesn't show the date when your CC was charged? It should be there almost at the bottm of AOR email...the first check box. Please double check.
@ polaris star: Congratulations on your MR. I have updated your MR date on the tracking sheet.
Have you scheduled an appointment with doctor? Hey I have heard that we need to take two photographs to the doctor's office whenwe go for medical examination. Please let us know if there is any photo specifications written on the medical forms. So that all our group member can prepare to have photos readily before we get MRs.
@ Khan78:
I am really worried about your application as it's more than 2 months already and you have no update at all. Unfortunately I don't have a firm idea how to proceed. Let me contact someone who knows a bit more than me and come back to you. Please don't mind to remind me if I don't ping you a personal message/reply to your post on the forum in a day.
@ greg_peg:
Congratulations buddy...it's really fast. All the best for your medicals and all.
Thanks,
Sarayu.
Hi Sarayu,
I have scheduled an appointment on this coming Thursday. The receptionist asked me to bring 4 small canadian passport photos. But since the clinic offers a service to take photos with an additional $10 charge, I didn't write down the photo size she mentioned. I'll check with them on Thursday.
Btw, here is a list of things written on the medical form, which you have to bring along for the medical appointment:
- The attached medical report form
- Proper identification (proof of identity must include at least one document with photograph and signature
such as a passport, driver's licence or national identity card)
- Eye glasses or contact lenses, if worn
- Any medical reports or test results that you may have as a result of previous or existing medical conditions
- Four recent photographs, if the panel physician is not eMedical enabled (note: panel physicians
that are eMedical enabled are indicated on the CIC website listed above)
