Your AOR will go directly to your HR as they are your representatives. Since your CC has been charged on Dec 6th, I am very positive that your HR should already have got your AOR by this time. Just contact your HR.

I really appreciate if you can provide me your complete time lines and all so that I will update the track sheet.

Each and every communication from CIO or VO will directly go to your HR only as they are your representatives. Your HR should inform you of arrival of any communication from them.

Unfortunately we can't contact CIO as we don't have a file number for atinsingh. And unfortunately if the file returns, it will just be a regular postal service without tracking info. This is why it took more than 15 days in my case when my file was returned twice. Sorry, but this is the fact.
