Why did they send you this type of email? Did you asked them anythin? and Y havent your file already been transferred to VO?

yes i asked them over the email since my ecas wasn't updating after i send them medical. Now they have updated my ecas but cic also mentioned that my file is yet to be transferred to VO which is pathetic.

yes finally .. i see moment on my file !! interestingly this all updates start suddenly when i request for GCMS note last week.

I paid it without their request on March 5th.... I think that doesn't trigger anything as long as we are pre-July applicants. But there is a good news for us, one guy "wasimkaulas" wrote the following:
