I still have no ecas update ... frustrating with 3 week delay because of the doctors office ... they should be aware when doing medicals that the timeline is what makes you chose which Doctor does your medical. I travelled to halifax from PEI which cost around $400 with the overnight stay for an earlier medical ... If I had waited for PEI doctor it would have been 3 weeks later so hence the same timeline as i have now but $400 would have not been wasted!

Who was your doctor?

Dr. Robinson or Dr. Kawchuk?

Dr Kawchuck , it was the recptionist she unfortunately put my report in the pending file by mistake, she did apologise and said it would be sent on the 12th october to Ottawa, she also said that she had spoken to someone in Ottawa and they said to address it to the attention of them, I don't think it will get me back in the correct place in the queue anyhow she tried and i am sure the immigration process is one the shows what a patient lot we are ... and so we deserve our place

Guys, today I have received AOR from my VO office and stated that due to high volume if files, they may not b able to process for 6 months so I m nog required to do n e follow ups till than. Is this common statement ? I thought our case is in fast track mode... But again same ans as it was in 2006 year.


Is this same statements they write in AOR from local office?

what's your VO? How I understood it's a New Delhi. Most of July applicants have VO Ottawa or Sydney. So your case is different.

Hi dav1,

My application was returned by CIO for the second time because of wrong mode of payment. I sent a cashier's check in US Dollars, but actually the fee payment must be in Canadian Dollars which I didn't know unfortunately. My representative made all these mess.

May I know exactly in which stream you are in?

Hi guys,

Just checked my ecas today and they have received the med exams and started in process on Nov 7th!!!!!!!! yay!
I was so worried since the doctor's office was sending my med exam late ...so reliefed now!!
