I got MR yesterday. How long will it take after medical is done ? Any idea

I am in Canada. no dependents, easy case. my reps said should be anytime by now. I wanna get a new job so badly, therefore I want my ppr comes NOW :'(

Don't you think it's too early to expect PPR now?

well, from my reps previous experience and my a few of my fd timelines ( similar cases ), they have experienced PPR 1 or 2 months after medical exam.

I will keep on waiting...

My buddy's lawyer told him it takes 6-8 months TOTAL for people inside Canada

So it means average time will vary from 6 to 8 months. Because the letter which they have send with medical report it is written average time is 10 months.

My medicals were received most likely a few weeks ago. I think 1-2 months is very hopeful for PPR after MR, from what people have been saying it's more like 2-6 months for the new OTT-pilot program. Also, I'm not sure if there is a difference depending on the province that nominated you (Quebec in my case) and whether you're in or out of Canada (i'm in the us). but i'll keep u guys updated so we can compare experiences.

I am in Canada Applicant ,only myself....AINP international student -Employer driven skilled labor stream.....my medical were done on 26 june...its been 3+ months....not even close to PPR

I emailed them and thats what they said.....send copy of new passport to your visa office.....
