i think most of us are around the same time. My file was received on 3rd July as well. Really don't know my draft has been cashed or not, went to the bank 2 weeks ago they said they will have to send a request to main branch and that will take a week. I just let it go. I'm quiet confident that if it takes a lot more time than usual then they are going to ask MR with an AOR. Like my friend his cc was charged after 6 weeks, and he got MR with AOR in the 8th or 9th week. So keep your fingers crossed and don't worry.Just hope that out files don't get returned thats it.

I am in YNP, but i think that's fine as long as ur file is not returned until 28th Aug.

Btw, when u got doc request, did cio send u any notice such as email? or just send ur package as snail mail?

Actually I have a representative, so they asked me to submit the requested document (birth certificates or alternate documents). I sent the documents to my representative and then they have re-submitted my application to CIO.

Thanks for your post. I don't know at which bank you have purchased cashier's check, I have got it from US bank. I am going there and inquiring often as they said they can track whether it's en-cashed or not. It's 28th day today since CIO received my application. However, I am 9 days behind your's. I think it's always better to give CIO our credit card information, so that we can track it by our self. This is a lesson for me. Any way, let's hope for the best.

I checked with the bank today and still they have not cashed the bank draft. From the previous forums it looks like they cash the fees in 30 days followed by AOR in another 1 week.

I also checked with bank today, but no update...it's 29 days since my application received at CIO...wish to have a litttttle update man...I can't wait.
