Perhaps the only Payment in my life that i Could not wait to be charged

I called the post office. Through the answering machine I key the money order # and it says that money order has been cashed. I called yesterday the 10th of feb.

Please do know the next step. And again if the money has been cashed by CIO, does that means that CIO will not return the application which means the application is completed.
