Hi,

Based from my experience, the clinic staff will ask you to fill out certain number of forms. After, the formal medical examination begins, which, for me were lab and radiology tests first before the physical examination.

Thanks for your reply! Can I know what kind of information for this forms? I just want to know if I need to bring my application copy ( information) for this filling, in case I need to use them as reference. Or only personal information? Such as name, address?

Hmm, as far as I can recall, there is no need to bring additional documents except for a copy of the official letter from the visa office requesting for your medical examinations to be completed, as well as the attachments in the email. The attachments in the email should be printed since those forms must be submitted to the clinic for completion.

Also, bring with you your passport and passport size photographs of you and your dependents.
In my case I had to bring about 4 photographs of myself.

If you can call the clinic perhaps they can supply you with more comprehensive information.

so let me share with you guys my medical experience

1. checked in the clinic on time.
2. i was asked to submit my 4 pics, medical request, and passport.
3. Filled three documents, one for the blood lab, one for xray and one for the doctor. All of them is fill in my name, date of birth, address and sign.
4. then they weighed me, and then they measured my height (i was 8 cm shorter than what i wrote initially in the immigration papers) and they measured my blood pressure
5. the doctor asked me few questions and did her medical check up
6. went to the lab, they took my blood and urine samples (they r looking for STDs and drugs)
7. went did my chest X-ray (they r looking for TB or lung cancer i guess)
8. done

WARNING: DONT DRINK REDBULL OR ANY EBERGY DRINK BEFORE BLOOD WORK

Yes have chkd the copies and email is correct and yes have also been checking my spam/Junk folder.
Have sent an email to CIO NS lets see if they respond.

So finally CIO responded to my request saying that an acknowlege email was sent on 14feb2013,which i have never received.
And also said that file has been subsequently transferred to visa office in New Delhi.
Also asked to direct anyfurther queries over there.
They did not gave anyfile number in the email too.
so i called CIC and got an application number starting with EP..........
Now is this the only file num we get our am I still missing some thing....

My own e-cas hasn't changed either, so we're pretty much in the same boat.

hey I have done my medicals on 23,Feb,2013....and how about you...I have heard that they take 30 days to update as per our senior applicants like who applied in nov...and so..??

I was trying to check online from the ECAS of CIC website it seems to no avail. When i checked my Immigration File Number/Application
Number one number is missing- it must starts with a letter and is followed by a combination of nine (9) numbers. Kindly please advice the correct application number for me to track status of my application online. Application: *EP.......*(One number is missing), hoping and praying that my MR will receive soon...

Many congtratz brother. You also received UCI for your application but its ok if you have file no. So keep your finger crossed and hope for the best.

Do you mean to say that one number is missing from the one written in the email itself? If I'm not mistaken it's 8 numbers and not 9.
