It surely is my friend.

All please make sure to add 'OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca' email to your contacts if not already done to avoid the gold-mail going into junk folder.

Additionally, I have been asked to a submit bio-data form along with 2 photographs, so be ready on this aspect too.

Please can any one answer this! I send my documents to CIC and received by them...but until now I did'nt receive any message/email to them that they already received my documents. What are their procedures once they received the documents? Or how many days do I have to wait for their reply?
i also submitted my application last sep 2013 and till now there's no reply from them..............

This is great Gn, I am soooooo Happppppyyyyy forrrr you.... you're gonna be a CANADIAN 8). Anyways please share your PPR and landing experience with us. We have our dates pretty much the same, we applied same day, got MR pretty much at the same time and went into to process the same time as well. I have emailed my immigration Lawyer asking for an update. Hope she has a good news for me too. Till then you pray for us all to get it soon too.

Thanks,

Hey Guys,

I have been following this forum for a while but never got a chance to add myself to the list.

I got my PPR yesterday at 6:43 p.m. Toronto time. I was nominated by Opportunities Ontario in November 2012.

My timelines are:

App Recd. by CIO - 18 Feb 2013
AOR - 26 March
MR - 27 March
Medicals done: 12 April
Results sent by doctor: 24 April
Medical Recd. E-CAS: 15 May
In Process: 25 June
RPRF Request: 12 July
RPRF Paid: 12 July
Passport Request: 10 Oct
Passport sent: 11 Oct

Hope this helps other people guesstimate their processing times.

Wish you all a speedy processing and all the best for future in Canada.

Thanks.

It takes on an average 30 to 50 days for AOR after your application is received. This is the first correspondence that you will hear from CIC.
Be patient, its a long journey ahead.

Hello Seniors,

Just had a quick query... While applying for the bridging open work permit does it matter what option is selected between Work with same employer or Work with new employer if the application is for Open work permit. Irrespective of the option selected, the work permit issued would be Open ? Also is there an issue if we select Work with new employer ?

I received AOR in Aug 2013 and am done with Medicals as well.

Please let me know thanks!
