Tracking PNP Feb 2013 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

I have a question about non-criminal record (police certificate), please help!



I have been applying my police certificate for almost 3 weeks, still waiting,(wasting time) so I want to hand in my application to CIO first, and then mail the police certificate late, or mail it when the embassy ask for. Is that Ok? but I also worry that my application might be returned if I don't attach a police certificate at this time. How should I do?
Can you share how do you do with your police record?

I strongly advice to mail the PCC certificate along with your application. Trust me this wait is worth everything as compared to the wait you will have to do for them asking them. In short, it delays your security check clearance due to coordination required at later stage.

Having said that, its not at all mandatory to send the PCC along with your application. You can go ahead and mail it to CIO without PCC!

Choice is yours!

Actually Jan applicants whose applications were received by Jan 30, have got their AORs, so I am expecting movement in Feb also very soon.

Unfortunately there isn't. The payment gets credited to CIC they day or next once you do it.

Need to get AOR for confirmation!

today i have called the bank twice to know when my bank draft was en cached but they couldnt help me at all they kept me on hold then at last told me that there is no way to know as the money already withdrawn from ur account once the bank draft was issued

what is ur experience in that issue ,how will u know about ur bank draft ?

Go to the bank directly if you can. I am sure they wiill be able to let you know the draft status. Because I did the same. Good luck.

Hi mrmrlouis,

I just saw your track sheet. Your application was received by CIO on Feb 03...so, your draft should get cleared most probably by mid of this month. So, just be patient for one more week. Anyway, all the best buddy. I hope you know that usually it takes about 2 months to get AOR if the applicant is out side Canada just like you and me.

Average days for AOR in Jan was 36, so you can expect AOR after monday

Well I can see in Jan thread that people who submitted their applications on 31st Jan got AOR, so today or tomorrow we will hit feb batch
