Did you ask your agent to know whether your processing fees has been en-cashed or not yet? Did they pay with their credit card or bank draft? Both the ways they should be able to find the status. Just try to contact them asap as you should have got your AOR by now.

Have you chosen to use a representative, if yes, AOR might get to representative, so you have to check with them. AOR normally goes to email, written IMM008 form contact details section

Looks like I have broke the stalemate. I just received my AOR today. Looks like the processing time has increased to 40+ days. Even for CEC candidates.
