I do not know whether you are an INLAND applicant or not.
But considering you as an INLAND applicant reaching your passport by courier may not take more than FOUR DAYS but your return mail from CPPO will be by regular mail which may take a long and you cannot TRACK THE MAIL.which is evident from CPPO'S mail which read as under:

We will not use registered mail or postage coupons. If you do not submit a return prepaid Xpresspost envelope or if you provide an envelope from any other courier, we will return your passport by regular mail.

CPP-Ottawa accepts no responsibility for any passport lost in the mail.

So it is advisable to send by EXPRESS POST and also to enclose one express post cover for COPR and passport.

Guys ive got an email this morning from CPP-O:

This refers to your application for Permanent Residence in Canada. In order to continue the processing of your application we require the following documents:

-Proof of Canadian Permanent Residence of spouse
-Birth certificate

My question is can i submit it through email with an attach file on it.

I dont know why they ask for this document that i've already submitted when they received my application for PR.

Thanks

Hi Guys,

I sent my passport to Ottawa on Aug 26 but haven't received it yet. But I noticed that there are people who sent their passport after Aug26 and received their passport... I used two Xpress prepaid envelope and the tracker is not activated yet.

The person who signed the delivery for my passport is D VINETTE....

Update: I just received a reply from CPP Ottawa, they said they have not received my passport!!! This is insane! Someone has put a signature! I didn't really expect this one!!...

Hi Fiso85

My passport was received by the same person and I haven't received it yet either. Have you checked you E-CAS, has it been changed to decision made too. Because mine was changed to decision made when It was received by CPP.

stayblessed bro , this is really awkward situation.

Mine was among those which became "decision made" even before PPR... I got my decision made early July...
