Hello, Does CIO also process the immigration application? I thought they just check the files. I sent email to CIO office. They told me my application is still in the CIO awaiting furthur processing. I have done my medical test 4 months ago. Thanks

CIO only conduct Eligibilty, Criminality cheacks and send out Medicals. The rest such as Security checks / review are completed by CPP-O ottawa. What is your ECAS staus ?

Thanks for your reply. My status never updated. It still show they receive my application on ... I feel confused with this. Should I send email to CPP-OTAWA?

Since CIO already told you that your application is with them, all requests should be directed to them.

i need your suggestion bro. its 18th march and i have no news of PPR. please suggest me - should i pay my RPRF fee online asap. will it really help ? if i pay it online , how will i send the receipt? will it be acceptable. plz bro let me know , i am tensed , really tensed.

Can't really say that paying the RPRF will ensure PPR being sent, but will ask you to pay it since there is no harm in it. Paying it MAY trigger something on your file but not certain. The receipt will be attach to an email with your details included. The email is the ottawa common email.

Yeah I think it's debatable whether paying your RPRF actually triggers anything on your file. I paid mine last week and recently had my status changed to "Decision Made" but I was expecting it soon anyway. Either way, it doesn't hurt to pay it if you can!

If you already have Decision Made on your ECAS then there is nothing to worry about. The PPR email can come anymoment from now.

Hi guyz I am confused over something..... Do anyone know whether PPR request comes first or "Decision Made" Ecas update comes first ? Because a couple of guys in the Aug- sep forum have got the "Decision Made" update before they have actually got the PPR. Thats kindda strange. Dont know if this is a regular process or something unusual.

My eCas status got updated first and I got PPR request within a week.so there is nothing to worry about.

Normally the "Decision Made" on ECAS suppose to come first but it not compulsory, I got my PPR request first before DM on ECAS. Hope that helps
