It is all very confusing. My AOR and medical request I received in July said if you do not hear anything from this office within 120 days please contact us. Yesterday I decided to do that, not even expecting a response. I got a reply from CPP-O saying that priority right now is applications before September 2011. They provided a table of what applications will be reviewed (not finalized) by what dates. From the table, Applications received after June 1, 2012 will be reviewed AFTER August 31, 2013. Very misleading as we know several people who applied even after that have PR now. Only they understand their process. The wait continues....

Hi KittyKat, did your eCas go to in process yet?
I agree, their response really makes no sense with what we have been seeing here.

Yes it has been in process for quite a while (I did not take of note of when it did. Is there a way to check?) I ordered GCMS notes at the beginning of February, i will post what they will say. Hopefully i get it back soon.

Just think some month from now this thread will be dead and archived because we will all have finished this long wait.
We are close to the end.
Any idea on what is the average turnaround time after the PPR to get the passport back with the Visa stamped?
Nobody is even sure of when the PPR will come not to talk of about it been stamped. Maybe approximately 1 months

Good thing that you have already decided to order for GCMS, the note will give you a detail information about your application.

I wish I'd thought to pay it ahead. It's probably handled by someone else so it's one other line you can get in. And then maybe your application moves forward faster somewhere else.

Did you pay it and then email the receipt?

I pay it online then email them the receipts, called someone at CIC was told that applications are been treated in the order they were received but am surprise.

Sent one email to CPP, and automated response showed me interesting thing

note that the published processing times are based on historical averages and may not accurately reflect processing times for applications transferred from another visa office or recently received applications

Yea, i saw that also. They kept telling me that priority are been given to September 2011 applicants while even some of the September 2011 applicant s are not even receiving PPR.

Guys,
Great news came in today, the PPR landed in my box from Accra VO, I had my medical on the 23-Dec-12.
Have fret guys, this is our time, the PPR flood is coming our way.
