But is that Sydney Nova Scotia office ?

It's a consolidated list of all submissions for the month of April and May 2013 submissions.

Also, most pr applications are submitted to CIO in Nova Scotia then transferred to the respective visa office. PR applications are NOT finalized in CIO Nova Scotia. So, if doing a PR application tracking, it's best to do it from start to finish which have is already happening in another thread.
