Please can you tell me whether VO confirms through any means (email/snail mail) that they have received medicals and passports/Edu. & Experience certificates after DMP send them medical results AND we (applicants) send them documents & passports?

Or it's just that only eCAS will update?

They will not confirm you in writing either via email or snail mail. You'll learn about your medical status ONLY through an update in Ecas. They'll not update anything pertaining to the receipt of your documents.
