Hi All,

Received COPR - July 27th
Submitted photos next day - July 28th
Received email for re-submission of photos in 2 weeks- again re-submitted the next day after that no updates.

Any idea what is taking them so long- everything was done through the new online portal system.

I have been trying to contact ircc to hear any updates or where my application for PR CARD is but not even to reach them. Even web-form didn't work as their top PRIORITY IS THE AFGHANISTAN issue.

Anybody has recently spoke to IRCC regarding this? If so what is the contact number? Any advise will help please.. and Thank You.

Hi Guys,

I have landed at YYZ on July 29th. At the airport they used a machine to do a virtual landing and gather Covid questionnaire. Then an officer took our first page of COPR and gave us the stamped second page of COPR. We did not receive any email from IRCC to apply for PR cards on the permanent resident portal.

I am not sure if I need to wait a bit longer or apply for the PR cards my mail. Can you please help me with some information. Due to the lockdowns and new processes I am not able to find any information online. Even no response on webforms and calls to IRCC.

hello all finally i got my PR card//copr 29 april//photos sent spril 29th Montreal office//dispatched from sydney NS

COPR: September 7th 2021.
No updates since, Immigration Office: Etobicoke.
Anyone else in the same boat?

On the other hand my friend got COPR on 18th September 2021 and Received PR card 4 days after, Same immigration office.

What does your COPR say? Mine gave instructions to apply by mail. You have to be invited to use the new online portal.

I recently got my COPR on Jan 04, 2021. I applied through PNP Manitoba. I am planning to leave my job and go to India for two months from April to June. When i will come back i want to get a job in Ontario, will it cause any problems in my PR by then?

PR card applications are processed separately and the status may differer. Your applications were submitted together in a single package only for convenience.

There is nothing you can do, just wait
