Do you have email address for Montreal office?

I am waiting for my first PR card since 09th June. My photo was delivered on 09th June to Montreal office and nothing since then.

After multiple phone enquiries, I tried to get GCMS report of my PR card case.

I can see that photo was scanned, uploaded and processed and all PR card number, expiration date, rfid tag number etc all got generated in 07th Sept and was sent for printing where it got stuck with "Error at card production" message. So it looks like even though everything is approved, then have no one to print and dispatch over mail to recipients.

Did anyone else ordered a GCMS notes for the PR card case? And any details on the processing times?

When you checked your notes, do you see rejection message? Mine says rejection 220 TOO BIG

I dont know if it's an issue with the card or the pictures. What happened in the end and which office printed your card?

is it necessary to inform Ircc before leaving?

If you are PR, you don't need to inform IRCC before leaving the country. Unless you are moving, then you would need to update your address for your pending PR card application.

How to link the application? I tried numerous time and always same msg appeared no application found. Copr feb 3 and photos delivered to Vancouver office on 5 February.

Hi, you maybe put the date wrong, you have to put the date when you got your copr updated in your gc key, not the date on your copr letter

GC key changed from 'APPROVED' to what? How were you notified?

When you link your PR card application to your account it's in submitted status which changed to approved. I was also notified through email.

Update on Winnipeg IRCC
- My Spouse received her PR Card yesterday. We mailed our photos together on June last year. Mine is still in Limbo..
- There was ghost update and correspondence letter came in Online account on Feb 5, 2021.
- Half job done after 8 months..

Did you get your PR card? In my case, I received only my PR card (after 8 months) and didn't get it for my wife and daughter. The online application of all 3 of us is still showing submitted but I got surprised to find my PR card in the mailbox. My PR card came from Sydney NS whereas I have sent my photos to Edmonton ofc.

Same position brother, they are giving reasons about code red which actually started in November...let me know if you have any information from winnipeg office or decide to send some where else

I checked with a spokesperson in ircc and was informed that they received my documents but process not yet even started. I will give them a call again next month to check for an update.
