Can anyone suggest how long between "timeline showing 100%" to "receiving the letter asking to send the photo"? One month? Two months?

15th Nov timeline shows 100%
Now shows: About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer....

its seems only Edmonton office is not working while Calgary is working so fast.
Finally got our last PR Card today.
Timeline
COPR: June 9th
Mailied in photos on July 19th for me, my spouse and our child.
We noted that the address on our child's COPR was wrong and asked that it be updated.
Sept 25: My partner and child's applications are approved. Mine is still pending.
Oct 1: Received my partner's card.
Around Nov 14: Called IRCC to say that my child's card hadn't arrived. They said it went to the wrong address. My card application was still pending. They said to call back in two weeks if our child's card doesn't arrive.
Around Nov 28: I call back. They say the same thing as on Nov 15.
Dec 3: I wrote to IRCC to explain the situation. The agent responded that they would mail out our child's card right away, and that my card was held up in production and that it would be taken care of.
Dec 9 (6 months after receiving COPR): My application was approved.
Dec 15: I received my card
Dec 17: We received the card for our child.
SO it's all over for us, only we looked at our child's passport and saw that it expires in 3 days. So we'll be dealing with more of this!

Regardless, every time I called and emailed IRCC, all the agents were so kind and courteous. I'm so grateful to be in this wonderful beautiful country!

Well @josh_1982, I guess that's good news! mine was also delivered on July 8th to Montreal office and I still haven't heard anything back.
Yesterday I finally gave up and mailed them another photo which will reach them tomorrow.

2020.09.22 - PR Approved (in cic account) - I accidentally found it out as I randomly logged in. No COPR inside.
2020.09.29 - COPR received in EMAIL - Etobicoke office
2020.10.05 - Got COPR in mycic account
2020.10.05 - Picture sent out (Canada post Express)
2020.11.30 - PR card approved/delivered
2020.12.14 - PR CARD RECEIVED

Sigh.. just an endless waiting after another. My friend is a consultant, she has suggested me that to contact IRCC right away if I don't receive the card within 3 weeks.
