It did, it was for Winnipeg. And haven't received any update since July after photo delivery. Do you think it would be a good idea to also send it to Etobicoke office too?

I'm at over 6 months for Etobicoke.

Mailed my photos in June to Winnipeg and no updates yet. Just a little bit frustrating, since new CoPRs are getting it in 1 month.

A friend of mine send documents to the Etobicoke office in the Last week of October and got his PR card Today.

I have submitted a web form and received a response today that "We can confirm that your card has already been sent for production."
Is there anyone who received the same response before? And how long it will take to receive the card after this update?

My timeline is as below:
CoPR: June 18, 2020
Photos sent: July 2, 2020 (Saskatoon office)
Profile linked: November 12, 2020
1st GU: November 22, 2020

I called CIC this morning, same response as you got. Card is in production at Sydney office.

Photos Received: 23rd october
First GU: 23rd Nov

PS:
There was no update on my wife's CARD application after 11th Nov, so I sent an email to the Etobicoke Landing office (CIC-ETOBICOKE-LANDINGS@cic.gc.ca) on 17th Nov.
I got a reply saying there was an issue in the production stage of the card and they will rescan and resubmit. Got the GU on the 19th Nov.

I can't believe Edmonton is still processing applications from June....for us who've sent photos just recently, its probably going to be Spring or Summer until we get our PR cards....

I have got all bank account, credit card and SIn without that. In case of emergency or business trip, I need to have the PR card for travel. Moreover, its quite strange if others get their PR card after sending the photo whereas my case is not then anyone would be concerned. If they would have acknowledged about the receipt of photos I would have been relieved. Continous denial about non-receival is the cause of concern.

HI Munavar Any progress on your PR I clearly agree with you and have the same problem I sent photos twice to registered post on Canada Post and still getting the same from IRCC that they have not received the photos yet
