Raising webforms wont really help here cause they have generic statements. They are just doing copy and paste.

yeah maybe but raising webform is one of their official channels in order to reach out to them. isn't it? if that's the case and they just copy paste stuff to get people to call them, then they must be so damn stupid because it adds a huge load to any organization.
It happened with me. I raised 3 webforms, all are identical. However, I am calling them 3 times in a week.
Few of them told me to wait but today I had a call and one of the agent told me that she would take a note and inform to the office.
how do you know you have a ghost update like my application was completed 100% after i got my COPR, after that i have sent my photo with the letter to winnipeg office but how do you know whats the status on that >?
You can link your PR card application to your GCKEY account. Over there you can see if you got a ghost update( ghost update is when you don’t receive an email but you see in you account that application updated and when you open the application there is nothing changed).
