People should take it easy - except you need to leave the country.
Even if you need to leave the country, there may be other ways to get your PR cards.

It's not true, because three people have already confirmed they received their PR cards.

They are issuing it's just been very slow.

Yeah, I’ve noticed. However, that’s what the agent said on the phone and what I received in a reply to my webform.

Also, so far they’ve only issued PR cards to CEC inland applicants. Hence maybe it depends on the IRCC office that’s handling each particular application.

It’s like with COPR extensions since the lockdown. We know that some offices have issued **a couple** of new COPRs, but in reality 99,9% of the applicants are still waiting in uncertainty, because official internal instructions from the headquarters haven’t been posted yet.

I don't know how it makes sense for them to say they aren't issuing PR cards, and yet there is a processing time of 95 days for a new PR card, and that time period has actually decreased over time with recent updates.

It's not true, because three people have already confirmed they received their PR cards.

However, these three persons got PR cad approval more than 2 weeks ago. All of them are inland applicants. Nobody has got approval for last two weeks. PR cards are not issued now. IRCC doesn't care about 95 days processing time.
Also, it's impossible to get PRTD right now in the most of the countries. You can apply via email but you have to wait when VAC is opened in your country.
