Hi All - I received my PR card yesterday but the envelope was completely torn as though someone tore it deliberately.
The PR card was inside the envelope and it is not damaged but I'm still concerned since the person who tore the envelope now has access to my confidential personal information.
I'm planning to inform the IRCC by raising a web form.
If anyone else on the forum has faced a similar issue, please advise on further steps.

Hi, I landed in Jan second week. Today I see that my (and my family's) PR card application showed 'application/profile updated' but there is no change at all in the application status. Is it a ghost update that someone touched our application? Does it indicate anything?

Landed on 9th at YYZ. So it is about 8 calendar days. In fact I had to provide address next day through ircc call center as the immigration officer had some problem updating our address. So I called call center early on 10th jan, updated my address and then linked my PR card application in the ircc account
I have received mine today. So happy to God be the glory. Wish you good luck
