I landed on October 4th in Vancouver, still haven't received PR Card...
Called CIC yesterday to confirm it was mailed out on October 18th and to confirm the address was correct. I don't understand if it's a Canada Post issue or CIC, but it's taking so long to arrive!!

It does seem a long time for the delivery (though if I understand correctly, the cards are printed in Nova Scotia, so probably takes a while to cross the country). In any case, hope you get it soon.

You would think it might be worthwhile to just send out the card with tracking (I'm sure most people would be more than happy to pony up a few dollars for that), but unfortunately it is what it is!

This number really seems to have no bearing on the realities. When I booked my tickets to Toronto (in July), the estimate was something like 45 days. When I landed (2nd October) it was 12 days. When I called to check, they said it was 16, then 18, then 20. My approval finally happened after 27 days.

Yes, fortunately . Landed on Oct 2nd, card approved and mailed on the 29th. Got the update email on the 30th.

Yes, status moved to Approved and I have a message that gives me some information about the card (document number, expiry date) and also states that the card was mailed out.

Today its 35 days my card is being process. I call again this morning same response i just need to wait nothing the call agent can do, they already send a message to the officer two weeks ago.
