Just logged in GCkey and saw update detail. I landed Sept 14. It shows following, Your eligibility has been reviewed in Sept 14, a final decision has been made.

Final decision, we have approved you application

However, only showing approval, but not showing have been mailed.

My comment, still feel ridiculous that if eligibility is reviewed in Sept 14, what takes it 3 weeks to show approve?

This is the most bizarre process i have ever seen in my life. I landed on 12th september, got a ghost update on thursday 3rd of october and nothing after that. Whereas, people who landed days after me already received their pr cards.

There is no guarantee but you might get it by the end of this week

By the way, I received no GHOST UPDATE or EMAIL UPDATE when I got approval. I have to constantly log in and check by myself. Dont know why

sorry i was wrong, i check the status column, it did said the card is mailed and it takes up to 6 weeks to arrive, which is still rediculous. Dont understand why, the Canada Post website Shows domestic takes only 4~7 or something days.

They only say that but it doesn't take longer than 2-3 days. After it is mailed, it is canada post's responsibility and sometimes due to bad weather or strikes the packages could take longer to arrive
