My photos reached CIC on December 19th and I still don't see any updates

I'm a little worried now. I submitted a web form yesterday and got a response that they are working on photos before December 10th. But I see here that photos that have reached upto December 24th have got updates.

Can you guys tell me if this is normal?

Shouldnt be. Call them and thats how they told me two days ago that my photos have been processed. It will take 25-30 minutes to get someone on line but it is worth the wait.

Landed = Oct 16 2018
Asking photos = Dec 07
Sent = Dec 10
Received = Dec 13
Ghost update = Feb 01
Approved = Feb 04
Received card = Feb 07 2019

What's a ghost update please?

They received my photos on Dec 21 and I received a Ghost update and approved status just now.

How do you receive a ghost update and what does the ghost update say?

Soft Landing - Oct 22
Photo Resubmission Request - Dec 10
Photo Delivered - Dec 24
Application/Profile Updated - Feb 8th

I have the same timeline as you, did you get an email about the update? did your application change to approved?

My photos were also received on Jan 8th
I don't think there is any update for photos received in Jan for anyone as yet.
